Most items take 5-7 business days from purchase date to receive unless stated otherwise in their description. International orders may take up to 10 to 15 business days from purchase date. Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed your tracking information to the email address attached to your account via PayPal.
Vogue Visage utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS) as its primary shipping method. We ship anywhere in the world. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. All orders are shipped via USPS. PLEASE NOTE: Vogue Visage does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping location. International customers may be required to pay import or duty fees to their local customs.
In the event, however, that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, we want to make things right. Within 7 days of any purchase, Vogue Visage will issue you a merchandise credit or be glad to exchange your item(s). We do not offer merchandise credits or exchanges on accessories, shoes and/or swimwear. We do not offer no cash refunds on any merchandise.
